Returns & Cancellations
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

I hope you will be really happy with you purchase, however if you do have a problem and are not 100% satisfied with your order when you have received it, please get in touch with me.
Should you wish to return your item for whatever reason, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I can only accept returns of items unused and in a re-saleable condition.
Any shipping costs for returns and / or exchanges will be at the customer's expense (both ways).

Each order is handmade, therefore please check individual items for turnaround/delivery times.
United Kingdom: All items are sent First Class via Royal Mail. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery.
All orders are shippedRoyal Mail First class or International Standard delivery, unless otherwise requested (if you require tracking please contact me prior to ordering so payment can be arranged). I do not guarantee it will arrive by a specific date. Shipping time frames are beyond my control and refunds will not be issued for orders that are not received by a specific date.
If you need a rush order, PLEASE MESSAGE ME FIRST so I can confirm and agree to a specific due date. If you do not receive a confirmation from me regarding a rush order, I will follow the shipping times indicated on your original invoice.

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly.
